Privacy Policy — TNT 102.5 FM

Effective date: October 8, 2025

Privacy Policy

TNT 102.5 FM does not collect, store, or share personal information about its users. The app may collect non-personal technical data (such as crash reports or aggregated usage metrics) solely to maintain and improve the app. For questions, contact 102.5fm@tntradiogroup.com.

1. Introduction

TNT 102.5 FM (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about what (if any) data we process. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal and non-personal information in connection with our mobile application TNT 102.5 FM and the website https://tntradiogroup.com (together, the “Service”).

Important: TNT 102.5 FM does not collect or store personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, contacts, or similar data. If you believe we have mistakenly collected PII about you, please contact us (see Section 15).

2. What We Do — and Don’t — Collect

We do not collect:

  • Names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses.
  • Contacts, calendar entries, messages, call logs.
  • Precise device location, camera images, microphone audio (unless you explicitly use a feature that records and you provide that content — and even then, we do not store or transmit it unless you expressly trigger a feature to do so).
  • Payment or financial information.
  • Health, biometric, or other sensitive personal data.

We may process (non-personal) technical data:

To operate the app and improve reliability, we may process limited technical data that does not identify you personally, such as:

  • Crash reports, error logs, app version, OS version.
  • Aggregate, anonymized usage statistics (e.g., number of app launches, feature usage counts).
  • Device model and OS family (used for compatibility and debugging).
This technical data is used only to keep the app working and to improve stability.

3. How We Use Data

Because we do not collect personal information, we do not use personal data for marketing, personalization, or profiling.

Limited technical data (see Section 2) may be used only for:

  • Diagnosing and fixing crashes, bugs, and performance problems.
  • Improving app stability and feature quality.
  • Basic analytics to understand broad usage trends (aggregated and non-identifying).

4. Sharing & Third-Party Services

  • We do not sell or rent personal information.
  • We do not share personal data with advertisers or third parties for marketing.
  • Where needed to operate the Service, trusted third-party providers may process non-personal technical data on our behalf (for example: hosting, crash reporting, or analytics). These providers are contractually obligated to process data only on our behalf and to follow reasonable security practices.
  • We may disclose information if required to do so by law or to respond to lawful requests by public authorities.

If you want specific details of any third-party services we use (e.g., hosting or crash-reporting providers), contact us and we will provide the list.

5. App Permissions & Runtime Access

  • The app does not request sensitive permissions such as Contacts, SMS, Call Logs, or precise Location for core functionality.
  • The app requires only standard network/Internet access to stream audio content.
  • If we add optional features in the future that require permissions (e.g., saving recordings, explicit user-uploaded content), those permissions will be requested at runtime and explained clearly. Any such feature will be optional and documented.

6. Retention

  • Non-personal technical logs and aggregated analytics are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to maintain and improve the Service (generally up to 24 months, unless legal/regulatory obligations require otherwise).
  • Because we do not collect personal data, there are no personal data retention records to manage. If you believe we hold personal data about you, contact us (see Section 15).

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures appropriate to the type of data we process, including:

  • Transport encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for data in transit where applicable.
  • Access controls and role-based access to systems processing app telemetry.
  • Secure hosting provider contracts and reasonable administrative/technical safeguards.

No security system is perfect — we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we work to maintain reasonable safeguards.

8. International Data Transfers

Our infrastructure and third-party service providers may be located in countries outside your own, including countries that may have different privacy laws. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of non-personal technical data to such countries for the purposes described in this Policy.

9. Children’s Privacy

The app is not intended for children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child under the applicable age has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.

10. Your Rights (EEA / UK / California & others)

Although we do not collect personal data, if you are exercising rights under applicable laws (for example GDPR or CCPA) and believe we hold personal data about you, you may request:

  • Access to personal data we may hold about you.
  • Correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Deletion of personal data (where we have no legal requirement to retain it).
  • To limit or object to processing where applicable.
  • Data portability where applicable.

How to submit a request: Email us at 102.5fm@tntradiogroup.com. We will respond to verifiable requests consistent with applicable law. To protect privacy, we may request proof of identity before fulfilling requests.

California residents: We do not sell personal information as defined under CCPA. You may submit CCPA requests to the contact email above.

11. GDPR / Lawful Basis

If we process any personal data of EEA residents (rare and only if a user voluntarily provides personal data via a contact form, message, or similar), our lawful basis will depend on the context (e.g., consent or legitimate interest). However, our primary stance is that the app does not require or collect personal data for its operation.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes that affect how (if at all) personal information is processed, we will post an updated policy with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
